In Part 1 of our Cancun adventure, we showed off the beautiful resort where the wedding of Stephanie and Mario is to take place.

Today in Part 2, we feature the beautiful Riviera Maya - the coastal area surrounding Cancun.  White sand beaches, turquoise blue Caribbean Sea, coconut palms bending out over the water... even ancient Mayan Ruins! The ruins shown here are from Tulum, a site about an hour and a half's drive south of Cancun.

As far as wedding destinations go, it doesn't get much better than this!

Last night we had a blast photographing McKaylah and her friends at her "fashion shoot" birthday party. We had 5 not so little girls, professional hair and makeup, and jamming music for this fashion inspired birthday party. After the shoot, each of the girls got to pick out their favorite image to take home. Check our some of our favorites of McKaylah.

We start our Cancun travel journal with images from the resort where we stayed: Moon Palace Golf and Spa Resort.

Jeff and I arrived at Moon Palace on Saturday, April 9 for the wedding of Stephanie and Mario. Here are some photos of this tropical paradise...

That's right, we're going to Cancun! This weekend, indigosilver departs Wilmington for the balmy coast of the Yucatan for the destination wedding of Stephanie and Mario.

The studio will be closing early on Friday, April 8th, and will re-open Wednesday, April 13. Please allow extra time for returned phone calls, emails, or order delivery.
