Azalea Festival brings thousands of tourists and locals alike to the downtown Wilmington area. It’s a street fair with rides, bounce houses, craft vendors, and of course, the food! A great big sailing ship called the Peacemaker sails upriver to dock, there’s a fireworks display… lots of fun! While Jeff and Lesley were off photographing a wedding, I decided to wander around Water Street with my camera. Of course, my favorite images were of the river and the scenery rather than the crowds…
